基于 PHAST 的输气站场放空火炬热辐射安全距离与影响因素研究

     

摘要

Both influence scope and safety distance of jet fire which resulted from the flare system was simula-ted and investigated through PHAST software,including the influence of distance,wind speed,wind direction and atmospheric stability on the thermal radiation intensity.The results show that,the thermal radiation inten-sity increases at first and then decreases with the increase of distance;and the distance’s influence on the thermal radiation intensity becomes less at the area far from the flare system;generally,the greater wind speed can incur bigger thermal radiation intensity,but at the area far from the flare system,the wind speed’s effect on the strength of thermal radiation can be ignored;and the radiation distance downwind is greater than that at lateral direction and far more than the radiation distance upwind;and the influence of atmospheric stability on the thermal radiation intensity can be ignored too.%通过 PHAST 软件对火炬点火形成喷射火的影响范围及其影响因素进行模拟研究,研究距离、风速、风向和大气稳定度对热辐射强度的影响规律。研究表明:热辐射强度随距离的增大先增大后减小,但在距离火炬中心较远的区域,距离对热辐射强度的影响不大;总体上风速越大,热辐射强度越大,但距离火炬中心较远的区域,风速对热辐射强度的影响可以忽略;下风向的辐射距离大于侧风向的且远大于上风向的辐射距离;大气稳定度对热辐射强度的影响可以忽略。
