锥壳开孔接管结构失稳临界压力研究

         

摘要

通过有限元方法对外压锥壳开孔接管结构进行分析,详细分析了不同结构参数对临界压力pcr的影响.由结果可知,一定参数范围内,锥壳开孔接管结构的临界失稳压力值随着d/D的增大、Do/δe的增大和δet/δe的减小而减小,在半顶角α=30°附近,结构的临界失稳压力值达到最大.通过正交分析得出影响pcr各因素的权重度为Do/δe>α>d/D>δet/δe.%Through applying the finite element method to analyze the nozzle structure of conical shells under external pressure,the effect of different structural parameters on the critical pressure(pcr)of conical shell with nozzle structure was analyzed.The results show that,within a certain range of parameters,the critical buck-ling pressure decreases with the increase of the opening rate(d/D),the increase of diameter-thickness ratios (Do/δe)and the decrease of the nozzle to cone thickness ratio(δet/δe)for the conical shell with nozzle struc-ture under external pressure.The critical buckling pressure of the structure reaches the maximum when the semi-vertex angle(α)is about 30°.Orthogonal analysis shows that the weight of each factor for critical pres-sure(pcr)is Do/δe>α>d/D>δet/δe.
