太阳能热发电技术中熔盐过热器的结构设计

         

摘要

针对太阳能热发电技术中熔盐-水蒸气过热器提出3种结构设计方案:两台串联U形管式、单台发夹式和单台绕管式.利用HTRI和绕管式换热器专用计算软件进行工艺模拟,并进行设备的初步设计.通过全方面对比分析,认为目前发夹式过热器是比较成熟、商业化运行较多的一种结构形式,而绕管式过热器则具有更广阔的发展前景.%The three structure design schemes for molten salt-vapour superheater were proposed in solar ther-mal generation,of which,two U-tubes are in series,the single hairpin and the single spiral tube are adopted respectively and HTRI and the dedicated calculation software for tube heat exchangers were employed in simu-lating the process and the initial design.Comparison and analysis show that,the hairpin superheater is a rela-tively mature device which enjoys wider commercial operation and the spiral tube heat exchanger has a broader development prospects.
