The micro-kinetics of CO preferential methanation over Ni-ZrO2/SiO2 catalysts in hydrogen-rich atmosphere was studied in a tubular fixed bed reactor.A power-exponential function kinetic equation model was proposed.The results show that the kinetic model proposed in this paper is practical and can be used to simulate and amplify the reactor.Operating condition optimization and catalyst engineering design.%采用管式固定床反应器研究了富氢气氛下Ni~ZrO2/SiO2催化剂上CO优先甲烷化反应的微观动力学;提出了幂指函数动力学方程模型;从研究结果看,提出的动力学模型具有一定的实用性,可用于反应器的模拟、放大、操作工况优化及开展催化剂工程设计.
