采用微波辅助湿法技术,通过 H2SO4-H2O2体系对废旧锂离子电池正极材料中的钴进行回收。利用响应面优化浸出条件,试验探究了酸的浓度、微波时间、浸出时间、浸出温度等因素对钴浸出率的影响。结果表明:微波技术能明显提高钴的浸出率,当硫酸浓度为6.00mol/L,微波强度为800W,浸出温度为87.5℃,浸出时间为70min时,钴的浸出率可达97%以上。%By hydrometallurgy technology,cobalt,included in the cathode material of spent lithium-ion batteries,could be recycled through H2SO4-H2O2 system.With response surface design,the impact of some exogenous factors was explored,such as microwave condition,leaching time and temperature,towards the leaching rate of cobalt.It's concluded that microwave technology could significantly improve the leaching rate of cobalt.As the microwave intensity 800W,the consistence of sulfuric acid 6mol/L,the leaching time reaching 70min,the leaching temperature reaching 87.5℃,and the leaching rate of cobalt would exceed 97%.
