共聚甲醛合成单体二氧戊环中微量水分脱除

摘要

对共聚甲醛合成单体二氧戊环中水分含量对聚合反应的影响进行了分析，并对二氧戊环中水分的脱除方法进行了研究，利用3A分子筛对二氧戊环中微量水分进行脱除，使二氧戊环中水分含量控制在50×10-6以下。%Analyse of polyoxymethylene copolymer synthesis monomer oxygen E ring in the moisture content on the polymerization reaction were investigated and the dioxolane ring in the moisture removal method were studied by using 3A molecular sieve for removal of trace water in the dioxolane ring,the dioxolane ring in the moisture content control to less than 50×10-6.
