现代安全管理理念在煤化工企业的应用价值

With the development of society and the building of a harmonious society put forward the slogan,people-oriented thinking deep coal chemical business’s conception,they enhance the safety officer to issue a very important position.Therefore,the modern concept of safety management has been widely used in various enterprises,especially in the coal chemical enterprises appear more prominent.But there are still some coal chemical industry can not fully apply this concept,study the fundamental reason lies in the application of the concept of understanding is not deep enough.This article is based on the basic content of modern management concepts, in particular its application to analyze the coal chemical industry,so as to reveal its value.%随着社会的不断发展和建设和谐社会口号的提出，以人为本的思想深入煤化工企业经营者的观念中，他们把人员安全问题提升到极为重要的位置。因此，现代安全管理理念在各种企业中得到了普遍的应用，尤其在煤化工企业中显得较为突出。但是仍有一些煤化工企业还不能充分地应用这一理念，究其根本原因在于对这一理念的应用价值认识不够深入。就立足于现代管理理念的基本内涵，对其在煤化工企业的具体应用展开分析，从而揭示其应用价值。
