浅谈我国环境管理体制立法存在的问题及其完善途径

摘要

Under the new situation of environmental protection and energy policy is fully implemented,the management aspects of the work conducted in an orderly,reasonable need to focus on the development of its various systems and to strengthen the management system of legislation,in order to truly promote the environmental management system of legislative mechanisms more perfect.In this paper,the legislation on environmental management system of the problems analyzed,and ways to improve our environmental management system of legislation to promote environmental management efficiency is further improved.%在环保与节能政策全面实施的新形势下，环保管理工作有序开展，需要注重其各种制度的合理制定，并加强管理体制立法，才能真正促进我国环境管理体制立法机制更加完善。就我国环境管理体制立法存在的问题进行分析，提出我国环境管理体制立法的完善途径，以促进环境管理工作效率进一步提高。
