大型板壳式热交换器是大型石化系统中必须用到的设备和系统,尤其对于异构化装置来说,是作为最核心的部分而存在,其具体的性能指标和稳定的运行状态决定了异构化装置的整体产能和生产效率.着重讨论了异构化装置热交换器的显著特点,将板壳式热交换器的具体情况进行了深入的分析,并与管壳式热交换器进行了生产情况的对比,以促进业内人士对板壳式热交换器在异构化装置中应用的了解,为推动相关领域的研究和发展奠定一些基础.%large plate heat exchanger is the equipment and system that must be used in large petrochemical system.Especially for isomerization device,it exists as the most important part.Its specific performance index and stable running state determine the overall productivity and production efficiency of isomerization device.In this paper,the remarkable characteristics of the isomeric heat exchanger are discussed,the specific conditions of the plate and shell heat exchanger are deeply analyzed,and the production situation is compared with the shell type heat exchanger,so as to promote the knowledge of the application of the plate heat exchanger in the isomerization device,in order to promote the related fields.Research and development lay a foundation.
