分散式农村污水处理问题及第三方运营管理模式的应用

摘要

随着我国环境保护力度的加强,农村污水处理问题越来越受到关注.分散式农村生活污水处理能够帮助净化水质,然而现阶段还存在一些运行和管理中的问题.首先分析了现阶段分散式农村生活污水处理现状,并根据设备运营管理中的问题,提出如何更有效应用第三方运营管理模式的方法.%With the strengthening of environmental protection in China,the problem of rural sewage treatment has been paid more and more attention.The treatment of dispersed rural domestic sewage can help to clean water,but there are still some problems in operation and management at this stage.This paper first analyzes the present situation of decentralized rural domestic sewage treatment, and puts forward how to effectively apply the third party operation and management mode according to the problems in equipment operation and management.
