Honeywell公司DCS系统与PLC控制通讯的研究与应用

With the progress of science and technology,the development of society,the level of factory automation and the level of electronic communication have been further improved.More and more modern enterprises are beginning to study the connection between DCS system and PLC system control communication.Honeywell company after years of technological innovation and research, making the two continue to penetrate the technology,and its competition in the related industries are more intense.Taking Honeywell as an example,this paper expounds the communication between Honeywell PKS distributed control system(DCS)and SIEMENS S7-300 programmable logic controller(PLC)using Modbus protocol as a bridge.%随着科技的进步,社会的发展,工厂自动化水平和电子通讯水平得到进一步的提高,越来越多的现代化企业开始研究DCS系统和PLC系统控制通讯之间的联系.Honeywell公司经过多年的技术改造与研究,使得两者在技术上的不断渗透,并且其在相关行业中的竞争也更加激烈.以Honeywell公司为例,阐述了以Modbus 协议作为桥梁,来实现Honeywell PKS 分散控制系统(DCS)与SIEMENS S7-300可编程控制系统(PLC)之间的通讯.
