降低仪表雷击故障率的分析研究

         

摘要

普光气田地面集输工程位于四川省宣汉县普光地区,属于大巴山余脉,年平均雷暴日达37d,属于中雷区.而集气站均在山地高处,每年雷雨季节因雷电直接或间接导致集气站场、阀室仪表设备精密电路板损坏,引起设备、阀门、仪表的失效,在关键设备发生故障后甚至引发站场ESD-1、ESD-2、ESD-3级关断事故,严重影响采气厂正常生产秩序,造成重大经济和安全损失.%The Puguang Gas Conveying and Gathering Project is located in Puguang,Xuanhan County,Sichuan Province.It belongs to the Daba Mountains.The average annual thunderstorm day reaches 37 days and belongs to the Zhonglei area.The gas gathering stations are all in the high places of the mountain.The thunderstorm season leads to the damage of the precision circuit board of the gas gathering station field and valve room instrument directly or indirectly due to thunder and lightning,causing the failure of equipment, valves and instruments.Even after the failure of key equipment,Station ESD-1,ESD-2,ESD-3 level shutdown,seriously affecting the normal production of gas production plant order,resulting in significant economic and security losses.
