醇水溶液体系中TiO2纳米晶的合成及其光催化性能

         

摘要

采用液相方法在89℃下,通过在乙醇和水混合的TiOSO4溶液中滴加NaOH制备了平均尺寸为5nm的球形锐钛矿TiO2纳米晶,并对TiO2纳米晶进行了X射线表征(XRD)、透射电镜表征(TEM)、紫外-可见-近红外分光光度计表征.实验结果表明:醇水的体积比对于制备晶体是关键因素,乙醇可提高结晶度、细化晶粒,水的加入有利于TiO2纳米晶的形成;延长反应时间可提高TiO2纳米晶的结晶度;中性的反应环境有利于提高TiO2纳米晶的结晶度以及TiO2纳米晶的形成.V(EtOH):V(H2O) =100:150、反应时间为8h、反应环境的pH值为7条件下可制备得到较高结晶度的TiO2纳米晶,600℃热处理后其光催化效率最高.%Spherical anatase TiO2 nanocrystalline with an average size of 5 run was prepared by titrating NaOH in the EtOH-H2O solution of TiOSO4 below 89℃ based on a liquid phase method. TiO2 nanocrystalline was characterized by XRD and TEM and ultraviolet-visible-near infrared spectrometer. The experimental result shows that the volume ratio of EtOH to H2O is the key for crystallinity of the particles, and alcohol can enhance the crystallinity and grain refinement, and the addition of water is helpful to the formation of nanocrystalline TiO2; prolonging the reaction time can increase the crystallinity of nanocrystalline TiO2; neutral environment can increase the crystallinity of nanocrystalline TiO2, and is helpful to the formation of nanocrystalline TiO2. Nanocrystalline TiO2 with higher crystallinity can be prepared under the condition of V(EtOH) : V(H2O) = 100:150, the reaction time 8 h, pH = 7, and the anatase TiO2 nanocrystalline appears a higher photoreactivity in the TiO2 photocatalysed methyl orange after heat treatment at 600℃.
