带热压缩串联低温多效海水淡化系统热力性能

             

摘要

The mathematical model was developed for the 6-effect in-series low temperature multiple-effect seawater desalination system with thermal vapor compression (TVC), and the mathematical model was solved by MATLAB language. Base on the 5 different processes of TVC locations, the effect of the different processes on the thermal performance of the system was analyzed. Meanwhile, the effect of the heating steam temperature on the thermal performance of the system for the same processes was analyzed. Compared with other 4 processes, the results show that the thermal performance of the process where TVC is added after the second effect evaporator, I. E. (2 +4) process, is the best of all. For the same process, the results show that the cooling seawater flow and motive steam flow decrease with the decrease of heating steam temperature, the gain output ratio (COR) and the evaporator area increase with the decrease of heating steam temperature. The combined effect of thermal performance is getting better.%建立了带热压缩的6效串联低温多效蒸发海水淡化系统数学模型,并利用MATLAB语言编制程序进行了求解.针对5种不同的蒸汽喷射器(TVC)位置的流程,分析了不同流程对系统热力性能的影响.同时,针对TVC位置不变的流程,分析了加热蒸汽温度的变化对系统热力性能的影响.计算结果表明:在文中的计算范围内,相比其他4种不同TVC位置的流程,把TVC加在第2效蒸发器后的流程(2+4)的热力性能最优.对于TVC位置不变的流程,当加热蒸汽温度降低时,所需的冷却海水量减少,造水比增大,动力蒸汽量减小,蒸发器面积增大,综合效果是热力性能变好.
