为了考察不同温度下碳氮质量比w(C/N)和污泥龄(SRT)对同步硝化反硝化(SND)的影响,研究采用序批式生物反应器(SBR)对模拟废水进行了长期连续实验.结果表明:在pH值为7.5-8的条件下,温度为(5±1)℃,当w(C/N)为8、污泥龄为20 d时,总氮反应速率为1.25 ms/(L·h),COD去除率达到60%,氨氮去除率达到38%,总氮去除率达到34%.在温度为(10±2)℃,当w(C/N)为8、污泥龄为15 d时,总氮反应速率为2.06 mg/(L·h),COD去除率达到69%,氨氮去除率达到77%,总氮去除率达到52%.在温度为(20±2)℃,当w(C/N)为10、污泥龄为10 d时,总氮反应速率为3.78 mg/(L·h),COD去除率达到86%,氨氮去除率达到86%,总氮去除率达到70%.在温度为(30±2)℃,当w(C/N)为10、污泥龄为10 d时,总氮反应速率为4.94 ms/(L·h),COD去除率达到91%.氨氮去除率达到93%,总氮去除率达到85%.%A biological denitrification experiment was carried out continuously over a long period by using sequencing batch reactor (SBR) to investigate the effect of mass ratio of carbon to nitrogen w(C/N) and sludge age on the simultaneous nitrification and denitrification (SND) at different temperatures. The results show that under the condition of pH 7.5-8, the reaction rate of total nitrogen is 1.25 mg/( L · h) , and the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is 60%, 38% and 34% respectively when w(C/N) is 8 and sludge age is 20 d at (5 ± 1 ) ℃. The reaction rate of total nitrogen is 2.06 mg/( L · h), and the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is 69% , 77% and 52% respectively when w(C/N) is 8 and sludge age is 15 d at ( 10 ± 2) ℃. The reaction rate of total nitrogen is 3.78 mg/( L · h), and the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is 86%, 86% and 70% respectively when w(C/N) is 10 and sludge age is 10 d at (20 ±2)℃. The reaction rate of total nitrogen is 4.94 mg/(L · h), and the removal efficiency of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen is 91%, 93% and 85% respectively when w(C/N) is 10 and sludge age is 10 d at (30 ±2)℃.
