陶瓷液体分布器在塔径2.6 m醋酸脱水塔中的应用

摘要

The acetic acid dehydrating column of 2.6 m in diameter and 19 m in height with 62 sieve trays was modified by using high-quality ceramic structured packing (350Y) and ceramic channel-type liquid distributor.The result shows that not only the serious corrosion is overcome,but also the column efficiency is markedly increased,thus achieving the remarkable economic benefit of over 1.87 million yuan (RMB) per year,as well as perfect social benefits such as environmental protection,etc.%塔径2.6m,塔高19 m的醋酸脱水塔,原为62层筛板塔,改造后采用了高质量PAC陶瓷规整填料350Y型,以及陶瓷槽式分布器.不仅解决了腐蚀难题,而且塔效率显著提高.最终取得了年187万多元经济效益和环保等社会效益.
