Fenton氧化法处理苯乙烯装置废水

     

摘要

Styrene industrial wastewater contains nonbiodegradable BTEX:benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, xylene,and styrene,which have a bad effect on biochemical treatment and stable operation for a sewage treatment plant.Fenton oxidation method was used to treat the styrene wastewater and observe the removal effect by analyzing the BTEX mass concentration in untreated and treated wastewater.According to the curve of removing rate of BTEX in different mass concentration and oxidant adding quantity,the relationship of mass concentration and oxidant quantity was analyzed.The possibility of secondary pollution can be determined by analyzing the mass spectrum of the untreated and treated wastewater.The result indicates that Fenton oxidation has a good degradation effect on toluene,ethyl benzene and benzene with removing rate over 90%.The mass concentration of BTEX is proportional to oxidant quantity.The results of mass spectrum show that the wastewater treated by Fenton oxidation only contains the original xylene and styrene,without other converted matter,thus no secondary pollution occurs.%苯乙烯生产废水含有乙苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯和苯乙烯等苯系物,均为难生化降解有机物,影响污水处理厂生化处理效果和稳定运行。实验采用Fenton氧化法处理苯乙烯废水,通过分析处理前后废水中苯系物质量浓度,观察苯系物去除效果,根据不同质量浓度苯系物的去除率与氧化试剂投加量的相关曲线,分析苯系物质量浓度与氧化剂投入量的关系;通过处理前后废水质谱分析图,分析经Fenton氧化后是否产生二次污染物。实验得出Fenton氧化试剂对乙苯、甲苯、苯均具有很好的降解效果,去除率在90%以上时,苯系物质量浓度与试剂消耗量成正比;经Fenton氧化后废水中物质为二甲苯和苯乙烯,均为原水中物质,没有其他转化物质,不会产生二次污染物。
