The characteristics of high salinity,high sulfur content and partial acidity of water produced Iraq MISSAN were studied.The estimate experiment on desulfurization and scale-inhibition of MISSAN simulated production water was simulated by using laboratory gas desulfurization simulation device.The results show that addition of citric acid regulator and scale inhibitor in the process of desulfurization can improve the efficiency of desulfurization and scale inhibition.With gas stripping temperature 80 ℃,citric acid regulator mass concentration 120 mg/L,the nitrogen flow rate 0.3 L/min,gas stripping time 3 min,KL-1 scale inhibitor mass concentration 30 mg/L,the hydrogen sulfide removal rate is 95.1%,calcium loss rate is 0.22%,scale inhibition rate is 91.1% and the pH is greater than 5.5.Therefore the back-end chemical coagulation treatment is reduced and the desulfurization efficiency of the stripping desulfurization tower is ensured.%针对伊拉克MISSAN采出水水质呈现高矿化度、高含硫、偏酸性的特点,室内利用组建的气提脱硫模拟实验装置,对MISSAN模拟采出水进行脱硫阻垢效果评价实验.实验表明,在气提脱硫过程中投加柠檬酸调节剂和阻垢剂能够改善脱硫效果和阻垢效果.在气提温度80℃,柠檬酸调节剂质量浓度120 mg/L,氮气流量0.3 L/min,气提时间3 min,KL-1阻垢剂加药质量浓度30 mg/L下,硫化氢去除率95.1%,失钙率0.22%,阻垢率91.1%,处理后水质pH值为大于5.5,在保证气提脱硫塔脱硫效果的基础上,降低了后端化学混凝处理的难度.
