ELISA试剂盒法测定水中LR型微囊藻毒素

摘要

A method was developed for the determination of microcystin-LR (MC-LR) in water by ELISA (enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay) kit. The detection limit was 0.10 ng / mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.999. The recovery of standard addition was 95%-103%. The method is suitable for determination of MC-LR in drinking water and source water.%建立了一种ELISA(酶联免疫吸附测定)试剂盒法测定水中LR型微囊藻毒素(MC-LR)的方法,方法检出限为0.10 ng/mL,相关系数r=0.999,加标回收率为89％～94％.该法适用于饮用水和水源水中MC-LR的测定.
