X射线荧光光谱法测定石化产品中的总氯

             

摘要

A method for determining total chlorine in petroleum and chemical products by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was developed. In the experiment, high resolution silicon drift detector and X-ray tube with titanium target were adopted. In the best X-ray tube parameters of 10 kV and 0.3 mA, the chloride concentration was linear with the fluorescence intensity in the range of 30-1 000 mg/L with the correlation coefficient more than 0.999, and the detection limit was 6.4 mg/kg. By this method, 90# petroleum ether, 120# solvent oil, lubricating oil, and base oil were determined, and the analytical results indicated that this method was in accord with national standard method in accuracy and precision. This method is a new one for determining total chloride content in the petroleum and chemical products.%采用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法测定石化产品中的总氯含量。采用钛靶X射线管及高分辨率硅漂移半导体检测器,在管电压10 kV、管电流0.3 mA的最佳实验条件下,氯含量在30~1000 mg/L范围内与荧光强度呈良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,检出限为6.24 mg/kg。利用该法对90#石油醚、120#溶剂油、润滑油、基础油等中的氯含量进行测试,测定结果与GB/T 18612-2011方法相一致。该方法可以作为测定石化产品总氯含量的新的试验方法。
