反应堆压力容器螺栓拉伸机问题分析及处理

摘要

介绍秦二厂3、4号机组反应堆压力容器螺栓拉伸机采用的单体式螺栓拉伸系统自使用以来出现的典型故障。通过分析找出原因，并进行了有针对性的处理，保证了此设备在反应堆堆芯开关盖关键路径上安全可靠地工作。%Some typical problems happened on the single stud tensioning system of the stud tensioner that is used for the reactor pressure vessels of the unit№3 and Unit№4 of Qinshan phase№2. The causes have been found through analysis and the problems have been solved. So the stud tensioner can work safely and reliably for reactor pressure vessels.
