采用注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)的方法建立2型糖尿病小鼠模型,分别喂食含高、中、低剂量高膳食纤维营养复合米的饲料,通过测定小鼠空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、糖耐量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等指标,研究高膳食纤维营养复合米对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖和血脂的影响.结果表明:与糖尿病模型对照组相比,喂食高膳食纤维营养复合米能够降低糖尿病小鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白、糖耐量、血清总胆固醇和甘油三脂,且中剂量组小鼠的空腹血糖显著降低(P<0.05),低剂量组小鼠的总胆固醇和甘油三脂显著降低(P<0.05).%The model of type 2 diabetic mice was established by STZ injection.The high dietary fiber rice intake doses was designed to high, medium and low degrees.Fasting blood glucose, GSP, oral glucose tolerance, TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C were measured to investigate the effect of high dietary fiber rice on plasma glucose and lipid parameters in type 2 diabetic mice.The results showed that fasting blood glucose, GSP, oral glucose tolerance, TC and TG of the mice fed with high dietary fiber rice were decreased.Compared to DC group, fasting blood glucose was significantly lowered in the DF-medium group(P<0.05), TC and TG was significantly lowered in the DF-low group(P<0.05).
