立式全混合日粮搅拌机混合均匀度检测方法研究

     

摘要

Mixing homogeneity is not only an important technical parameter to evaluate TMR feed mixer,but also the prem-ise to realize the total mixed ration feeding.To study the suitable determination method for mixing homogeneity of total mixed ration,the vertical TMR feed mixer was used to evaluate the mixing homogeneity with the coefficient of variation as the evalua‐tion index.By comparing physical,chemical and sieving methods,the mixing homogeneity of total mixed ration was detected,and the recovery rate of different detection methods was analyzed.The results showed that the three methods could be used to detect the mixing homogeneity of total mixed ration,and the results were consistent.Coefficients of variation were less than 10%when mixing time was 12 min,achieving better mixing homogeneity effect.Along with sieves pores diameters decreasing,the sieve TMR retention coefficients of variation decreased,too.The sieve with pores Φ19 mm was suitable for determination of TMR mixing homogeneity.Recovery rates of physical,chemical and sieving methods were 71.7%,90.7%and 100.5%,respectively.Considering that picking mung beans taking more time by physical method and the chemical method needing specialized testing equipment and experimenters,sieving method was more useful in TMR feeding,because particle size distribution and mixing homogeneity could be evaluated together.%混合均匀度是衡量全混合日粮(TMR)搅拌机的重要技术参数,也是实现TMR饲喂优势的前提.采用立式TMR饲料搅拌机,以变异系数作为混合均匀度评价指标,通过比较物理法、化学法和筛分法检测全混合日粮混合均匀度,并分析不同检测方法的回收率,研究确定全混合日粮混合均匀度检测的适宜方法.结果表明3种方法均可用于检测全混合日粮混合均匀度,且结果一致.混合时间在12 min时TMR样本变异系数≤10%,达到较理想混匀效果.随筛层孔径减小,其筛上物变异系数呈下降趋势,19 mm孔径筛适宜用来检测 TMR混合均匀度.物理法的示踪物绿豆在 TMR中的回收率较低(71.7%),化学法和筛分法的回收率较高,分别为 90.7%和100.5%.考虑到挑拣绿豆较费工费时,化学法需配套专业检测设备和实验员,筛分法可以同时检测全混合日粮粒度分布和混合均匀度,更适宜在生产中推广应用.
