电液比例控制技术及在自动液压压砖机中的应用

摘要

简述了电液比例控制技术的基本原理和特点，介绍了其在自动液压压砖机中的应用概况。以LAEIS公司ALPHAI1500-03型压砖机为例具体分析其使用的电液比例控制系统的工作原理，并展望了电液比例控制技术在压砖机上的应用前景。%In this paper,the basic principle and characteristics of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology are briefly introduced,and the application situation of the technology in automatic hydraulic press for ceramic tiles are prsented.As an example,the operation principles of the electro-hydraulic proportional control systems used in ALPHA1500-03 type hydraulic press made by LAEIS Corp.are analyzed concretely.The application prospect of proportional control technology in automatic hydraulic press is discussed finally.
