发生炉煤气中的NH3及其对煤气站系统的影响

         

摘要

发生炉煤气中NH<,3>的形成过程较为复杂,煤的热解温度、气化温度、气化煤中氮的含量、煤化程度及惰质组含量的高低等因素直接影响煤气发生炉中NH<,3>的生成.就NH<,3>的含量而言,一段炉煤气要大于两段炉和干馏炉煤气.同时分析并指出煤气中的NH<,3>与CO<,2>和煤气冲洗水反应生成NH<,4>HCO<,3>,NH<,4>HCO<,3>的存在给酚水浓缩蒸发系统带来一定的安全隐患,需要采取有效措施,从源头杜绝其危害及安全隐患;发生炉煤气中的NH<,3>在煤气湿法脱硫中可以部分或全部替代纯碱作为脱硫吸收剂,从而节约脱硫成本.%The formation process of NH3 in gas is relatively complex. Pyrolysis temperature of coal, gasification temperature of coal,content of nitrogen, coalification degree and the content of intertinite such factor can influence the formation of NH3. The NH3 content of gas in single-stage gasifier is more than double-stage gasifier and pyrolysis gasifier. The analysis also points out that the CO2 and NH3 react with gas washing water to produce NH4HCO3. With NH4 HCO3 ,there are safety hidden troubles in phenol concentration and evaporation system. It needs to take effective measures to prevent the damage from the source avoiding the safety hidden trouble. The NH3 in gasifier can substitute for desulfurization sorbent in gas wet desulfurization partly or all, thus saving desulfurization cost.
