卓越绩效模式下的陶瓷企业经营策略

摘要

针对 GB／T 19001－2008质量管理标准在实际应用中存在的主要问题，引入卓越绩效模式，根据两者在管理职责、过程控制以及资源管理等方面的整合，提出基于卓越绩效模式的 GB／T 19001－2008标准改进措施。%The authors of this article introduce to Aim at the main problems of GB/T 19001-2008 Standard in practical ap-plication process,the author introduces the Excellent Performance Mode,and puts forward the GB/T 19001-2008 Stand-ard improvement measures based on Excellent Performance Mode according to the integration of administration responsibili-ty,processes control and resource management.
