牙舟陶蓝绿色玻璃釉配方的优化研究

摘要

We studied the preparation of the blue-green vitreous glaze for Yazhou pottery.On the basis of transparent crack glaze formulation,the effects of composition and process on the properties of glaze were discussed by adjusting the raw materials and technological conditions,using the orthogonal experiment method.The preferential blue-green vitreous glaze formulation were eventually determined,which was 5.87％ Kaolin,42.07％ glass powder,17.12％ potassium feldspar,18.59％ barium carbonate,14.19％ spodumene,2.12％ copper oxide,0.01％ cobalt(Ⅲ) oxide and 0.03％ ferric oxide.%笔者对贵州牙舟陶蓝绿色玻璃釉的制备进行了研究.在透明裂纹釉配方的基础上,利用正交实验的研究方法,调整了原料及工艺条件,探讨了配方组成及工艺过程对釉料性能的影响,最终确定了牙舟陶蓝绿色玻璃釉的配方.结果表明,当配方中高岭土含量为5.87％,玻璃粉为42.07％,钾长石为17.12％,碳酸钡为18.59％,锂辉石为14.19％,氧化铜为2.12％,三氧化二钴为0.01％,三氧化二铁为0.03％时,釉面效果较好.
