小微型企业区域创业环境评价研究--以广东省珠海市为例

摘要

The development and growth of small and micro enterprises has become an important symbol of regional economy,targeted entrepreneurial environment assessment and optimization need to be improved.By integrating global entrepreneurship monitor and regional development theory,evaluation system is constructed, FAHP is adopted to fix the index weight,then the empirical analysis is complemented with the data of Zhuhai Statistical Yearbook from 201 1 to 2014.The result indicates that the evaluation system meets the objective and quantitative requirements.The research analyzes the situation of entrepreneurial environment of small and micro enterprises in Zhuhai in order to identify problems and propose countermeasures.%小微型企业的发展壮大已经成为区域经济发展的重要标志，因此，有针对性的创业环境评估和优化工作亟待完善。借鉴全球创业观察(GEM)评估模型，以区域发展理论构建评价体系，采取模糊综合评价法确定权重，再结合珠海统计年鉴2011年至2014年的数据进行实证分析，证明了评价体系可以满足客观量化要求。同时分析珠海市小微型企业创业环境现状，并找出问题和对策。
