黑龙江省农村产业结构的调整促进农村经济的发展

Heilongjiang is a granary province with industry structure as its main body of nLml economic structure, so the development of its rural economy depends on na＇al industrial restructuring. Problems exist in the rural industrial structure, including an over-proportioned primary industry with less coordinated internal structure, the sluggish development of rural industry, and the seriously lagging tertiary in- dustry. To restructure rural industry, efforts should be made in developing steady agriculture, adjusting internal structure, improving agri- cultural product quality, stimulating industry development, developing service industry, perfecting rural service system, optimizing rural industry swacture by technological innovation, so as to boost rural economy.%黑龙江省是全国产粮大省，农村经济结构的主体是产业结构，要想发展农村经济就必须对农村产业结构进行调整。当前。黑龙江省农村产业结构存在的问题是。第一产业比重仍旧较大，且内部结构协调度不高，农村工业发展缓慢，农村第三产业发展严重滞后。调整农村产业结构，应稳定发展农业，调整内部结构，提高农产品品质，加快发展工业，发展服务业，完善农村服务体系，科技创新优化农村产业结构，促进农村经济的发展。
