由于银行本身不具备竞争力、没有专业的人民币清算平台、国家没有从根本上将人民币顺利流通到俄罗斯银行平台以及现金存储问题，使我国的人民币结算弱化。“卢布结算一边倒”局面差强人意，本币结算配套政策尚需完备。目前，我国大力推行中俄贸易人民币结算，贯彻力度大而坚定，思路很清晰，目标明确，并且金融深化程度的支撑作用进一步增强，人民币的地位越来越突出。%The circulation of RMB between Russian banks is not smooth and there is also a problem for cash deposit as Chinese banks have no competitive power and there is no professional RMB settlement platform, resulting in weak RMB settlement. One-side Rouble set-tlement is barely satisfied and the domestic currency settlement support policy is to be improved. The Chinese government now vigorously promotes RMB settlement in Sino-Russian trade with intense effort and firm determination. The thought and the target are clear. With strengthened support role of finance, the status of RMB becomes more prominent.
