The Hefei Branch of the CAS is an R&D base specializing in basic research and applied developmentof technological physics, established by the CAS in the area of Hefei City,capital of Anhui Province.It is situated beside the Dongpu Reservoir in the western suourb of the City’s downtown area,covering 186.7 hectares in total area.
