REASONS AND BACKGROUND The development of biological science during the 20th century has been particularly spectacular.Experts predict that the position and function of biological science during the 21st century will be incomparable and supreme.Genetic engineering and cell engineering will change our life profoundly and,at the same time,the solution to the problem of natural resources and the ecology will depend on the development and advancement of biological science.
