英国公共建筑能耗基准评价方法对我国建筑能耗定额方法的启示

摘要

In this paper, the energy consumption benchmark evaluation methods for hospital and office buildings in British EEBPP program were introduced. And then, based on the measurement data, the energy consumption characteristics of large public buildings located at sever cold areas in China were analyzed, also the advice for establishing the relevant energy consumption quota method was proposed.%本文介绍了英国EEBPP项目中针对于以医院和办公楼为代表的公共建筑进行建筑能耗基准评价的方法.而后,以实测数据为依据,分析了我国寒冷地区大型公共建筑能耗的特点,并对建立我国公共建筑能耗定额方法提出了建议.
