内置可调遮阳膜的中空玻璃窗热工性能

         

摘要

本文提出了1种新型内置可调遮阳膜的中空玻璃窗,并论述了该中空玻璃窗的构造形式、工作原理和控制模式.而后采用门窗计算软件计算了该中空玻璃窗在4种控制模式下的遮阳系数、传热系数和可见光透射比,计算结果表明该中空玻璃窗遮阳系数的可调节范嗣为0.565~0.712,传热系数的可调节范围为1.464~1.778 W/(m2·℃),可见光透射比的可调节范围为0.379~0.644.同时也对普通透明中空玻璃窗的遮阳系数、传热系数和可见光透射比进行了计算,并将计算结果和内置可调遮阳膜与内置百叶的中空玻璃窗的热工性能进行了比较,结果显示内置可调遮阳膜中空玻璃窗的传热系数和遮阳系数均有一定的可调节范围,并且该窗的可见光透射比在一定的可调节范围内不影响室内日常照明,操作简单、响应时间较快,是一种性能较为优越的新型可调节智能窗.%In this paper, a new adjustable shading film hollow glass window was presented, and the window structure, working principles and control strategies were discussed. And then, using the calculation software, the shading coefficient, heat transfer coefficient and visible light transmittance of the hollow glass window under four control strategies were calculated. The results indicated that the adjustable ranges of shading coefficient, heat transfer coefficient and visible light transmittance were of 0. 565 ~ 0. 712,1. 464 ~ 1. 778 W/(m2 ·℃ ) and O. 379 ~ 0. 644, respectively. Meanwhile, these three parameters of the ordinary transparent hollow glass window were also calculated, and its thermal performance was compared with the built-in adjustable shading film and built-in shutter hollow glass windows. The results showed that the shading coefficient and heat transfer coefficient of built-in adjustable shading film hollow glass window had a greater adjustment range. Furthermore, the adjustment range of the visible light transmittance would not affect the indoor normal lighting. With features of simple operation and fast response time, this window could be considered as the new type adjustable intelligent window.
