钢梁翼缘开孔补强技术试验研究

         

摘要

To validate the rationality of the reinforcing measures taken according to the equal strength 1 design method after opening on steel beam flange,a complete specimen and a reinforced specimen with three openings (the opening diameter 40mm,reinforcing plate size 240mm × 145mm × 10mm) in the middle of span were selected from 15 specimens which were tested by two-point bend loading method for comparative analysis.The test results show that the ultimate bearing capacity of the perforation reinforced specimen is 2.46% more than the complete specimen ; the yield load of the former is 2.1% less than the latter; the load-displacement curves of the two specimens fit well; the reasonability of the reinforcing measure is fully illustrated.The paper can provide a reference for engineering applications.%为验证钢梁翼缘开孔后按照等强设计方法进行的补强措施的合理性,在进行的15根梁跨度1/3点静力加载梁试件中,本文选取一根完整试件和一根跨中开三个孔并进行补强的试件梁进行比较分析,开孔孔径为40mm,补强板尺寸240mm×145mm×10mm.试验结果表明:开孔补强试件的极限承载力大于完整试件2.46%,屈服荷载前者小于后者2.1%,两试件荷载一位移曲线贴合比较好,充分说明补强措施的合理性,可以为工程应用提供参考.
