摩擦型高强度螺栓与侧焊缝并用连接承载力有限元分析

         

摘要

Connection of sharing on a shear load by bolts and welds is proposed by "Technical specification for high strength bolt connections of steel structures, JGJ82-2011". In that kind of connection, both bolt and weld joining are employed in one connection, and resist the same shear force. The finite element method is taken to analyze the mechanical performance of such connection with friction-type high-strength bolts and side welds. Failure mode and component of bearing capacity are discussed through several finite element numerical examples of different bolts-to-welds strength ratio. Hence the calculated formula is gotten for bearing capacity of combined connection. And parametric analysis of weld size and bolt specification is also made. The result shows that when the bolts-to-weld strength ratio is 0. 85, both of bolts strength and welds strength are displayed almost completely. While the ratio is not 0. 85, there exist different extents of waste for the higher strength. The formula of bearing capacity could be expressed as a linear combination of bolts and welds shear strength. As a result, the co-use of bolts and weld in one joint is an efficient way of structural reinforcement or modification.%目前《钢结构高强度螺栓连接技术规程JGJ82-2011》中提出了栓焊并用的连接形式,即在一个连接接点中,螺栓连接和焊缝连接同时承担同一剪力的连接接头形式.为研究摩擦型高强度螺栓与侧面贴角焊缝并用连接的接头承载力,通过螺栓与焊缝抗剪设计强度比值不同的有限元算例,讨论了不同栓焊强度比值下并用连接的破坏模式和承载力组成,拟合了承载力计算建议公式,并进行了不同螺栓规格和焊脚尺寸的参数分析.结果当摩擦型高强度螺栓强度与侧焊缝强度比值在0.85左右时,两者强度均能充分发挥,其他比值下,强度较高者有不同程度的浪费.栓焊并用连接承载力可近似用两种连接各自的受剪承载力的线性组合表达.结论栓焊并用接头可提高连接的承载力,用于工程加固改造中.
