浅析转子压缩机中的相关模型

     

摘要

数值模拟是现阶段研究热泵压缩机的一种常见方法,建立压缩机数学模型的目的是在于可以利用模拟更精确的反映和还原压缩机的实际运行情况,如压缩机的几何结构和热力学模型都是研究其动态运行的基础。目前,对于各类压缩机已经提出了多种较为准确的仿真模型,以转子压缩机为例,依据质量和能量守恒方程,对其控制方程进行了总结,并汇总了求解方程所需要的各类数学模型,如几何模型、泄露模型等,为构建相关压缩机仿真模型提供一定的基础。%Numerical simulation is a common way of researching heat pump compressor at this stage. The purpose of building mathematical models is to restore and response the practical operation more precisely in a simulation way, such as compressor geometry structure and thermodynamic models are the basis of dynamic simulation. At present, for all kinds of compressor simulation models have been proposed, with rolling compressor as an example, based on mass and energy conservation equations, the control equations of rolling compressor are introduced, and all kinds of necessary mathematical models for solving equations are summarized, such as leakage and geometric models, which could provide basis for building compressor simulation models.
