矿物绝缘电缆技术经济分析

摘要

According to the product standards, design codes and laying regulation, the three technical features of mineral insulated cable that influence its economical efficiency are discussed in details, i.e., large current-carrying capacity; capable of direct laying without requirement of cable conduit, concealed laying in walls or laying on fire-proof cable trays; copper sheath can be grounded directly, thus saving one protection grounding conductor. In comparison with mica and plastic insulated fire-resistant cable, it is demonstrated that it is more economical to use mineral insulated cable.%根据矿物绝缘电缆的产品标准、设计规范、敷设规程等对矿物绝缘电缆进行释义，并对影响矿物绝缘电缆经济性评价的三个技术特点：载流量大；可直接敷设，无需穿电缆管槽、埋墙暗敷或放在防火桥架中；铜护套可接地，省一根保护接地线，进行详细论述。与云母加塑料绝缘耐火电缆对比，论证了选用矿物绝缘电缆更加经济。
