建筑材料放射性检测结果不确定度分析与评定

摘要

According to the requirements of GB 6566-2010 building materials radioactivity nuclide limit through establishment of mathematical model, and analysis of the component of uncertainty, finally obtains the uncertainty of internal exposure index and external exposure index of building materials samples.%根据GB 6566-2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》规定的要求，通过建立数学模型，找出并分析不确定度分量，最后合成得到建筑材料样品中内照射指数和外照射指数的不确定度。
