《老子》，又名《道德经》，是我国道家学派最著名的经典，其思想体系中也包含了极其丰富的管理思想，本文从老子“无为”的管理原则、“以人为本”的管理理念、“弱者道之用”的管理方法三个方面进行阐述，挖掘老子管理思想对现代管理实践的意义。%“Laozi” also known as the" Daodejing" , is China's most famous classic Taoist school, its thought al-so includes rich management thoughts. The paper demonstrates the idea from three aspects: management principle of " doing nothing" , " people-oriented" management concept and management method of " theory of use the weak" , mining the meaning of Laozi's management thoughts' significance to modern practice.
