自制工艺装备在普通车床上加工非标关节轴承

摘要

The paper tells a simple method to machine nonstandand joint bearing and the details on determination of machining method,manufacture and design of process equipment and machining process,which is enclosed with drawing documents and technological data,good results have been gotten in the certification from pratical production.A new process route of high precision spherical machining has been provided for the unit without spherical machining equipment.%本文介绍了非标准关节轴承的一种简易加工方法，从加工方法的确定，工装设计、制造、加工过程等几个方面作了叙述，经过实际生产验证，效果良好，为无球面加工设备的制造单位提供了高精度球面加工的一种新途径。
