底部空气柱缓冲装药结构在底板找平爆破中的应用研究

摘要

核岛基坑爆破开挖存在工程量大、工期紧、控制要求高的特点,在使用大型机械化设备钻孔孔径较大情况下,如何确保爆破不对底板基岩形成损伤,使爆破成型的建基面岩石完整、平整,并达到较好爆破效果,成为一个难题.通过台山核电厂核岛负挖中的实践,采用底部空气柱缓冲装药爆破,在装药结构和空气柱形成了方式上进行了有意义的探索,较好的完成了该项工程.%The excavation of nuclear island foundation pits has the features of large work quantity, short period, high requests. On the condition of large drilling machine,it is a difficulty to make the base surfaces rock integrated and has expected blasting result with no destroy to bottom rock. Through the practice of nuclear island negative excavation in Taishan nuclear power plant,buffer blasting with air interval charge in bottom was introduced and discussed the type of the charge and the air interval,which obtained good effect and well done the project.
