高耸钢筋混凝土桥梁实体墩柱的拆除爆破

     

摘要

The hierarchical delay blasting is proposed in explosive demolition of the RC high entity pillar. Differing from conventional towering hollow structure as chimney, the dimension of blast cut and incision forming means must paied special attention to in such entity structure. According to the calculation principle of large eccentric compression, the depth and length of blast cut are chosen depending on cross-section bearing capacity; Through rational hierarchical number and delay time between different rows,and with selecting appropriate charging structure, the concrete lying in the incision is be threw out layer by layer and form an integrated carter which could ensure the pier′s directional blasting. This method and thought not only be used in reinforced concrete pillars, but also used in other entity towering structures.%提出了一种爆破拆除高耸钢筋混凝土实体墩柱的有效方法--分层微差接力爆破.区别于烟囱等常见的高耸空心结构,爆破实体结构的切口尺寸及切口形成方式需要特别考虑:按照大偏心受压构件的计算原理,结合截面承载力的计算确定切口深度及长度;通过合理的分层数量及排间微差,选择合适的装药结构,将爆破切口处的混凝土逐层抛出柱体,形成拟定切口,确保桥墩的定向倾倒.这种爆破方法及思路不仅适用于混凝土实体桥墩的定向倾倒,还可用于其它高耸实体建筑物的爆破拆除.
