双曲线型冷却塔爆破拆除设计与分析

             

摘要

双曲线型冷却塔在当前爆破拆除中很常见,其结构对称,整体性强,钢筋较密,相对牢固.拟拆冷却塔的爆破切口高度不小于1.8 m;在缺口范围外沿倒塌中心线至标高+15.0 m处预先爆破1条宽50 cm的切割缝;截断圈梁,破坏其整体性,彻底破坏钢筋网的承重;采取减震措施,倾倒方向安全距离根据高度确定并适当增大;确保爆破后顺利倾倒并在切口闭合后能够继续倒坍.%The hyperbolic cooling tower is common object in current explosive demolition,of which the structurernis symmetrical and strong enough. The blast cut height is designed as 3δ,and no less than 1. 8 m. A 50 cm wide cutrnsew was preliminary demolished along collapse centerline at height location 15.0m,and the circle beam and wire -rnmesh reinforcement were completely destroyed. Some measures were adopted to reduce blasting seismic. The safetyrndistance in collapse direction should be designed according to the tower height,which insures toppling after incisionrnclosing.
