The scheme of directional explosive demolition of two 150-meter reinforced concrete chimneys was introduced. According to the chimney structure and surroundings, the two chimneys were initiated with 7 seconds delay and collapsed in crossing direction. The blast cut of chimney No. 1 was located + 15 m high and collapsing 35 °east by north; No.2's blast cut was located +0. 5 m high and collapsing 55 °east by south. Both the central angles of blast cut were 216 °. Through precise construction and strict safety protection, the two chimneys were demolished successfully.%介绍了华能聊城电厂2座150 m高烟囱的定向爆破拆除实践.根据烟囱结构及所处环境条件,设计2座烟囱一次起爆,交叉定向倾倒,起爆时差7 s,其中1#烟囱在+15 m处开设爆破切口,向东偏北35°倾倒；2#烟囱在+0.5 m处开设爆破切口,朝东偏南55°倾倒,切口圆心角皆为216°.经精准施工和严格安全防护,2座烟囱爆破获得圆满成功.
