煤矿火区降温措施的分析与实践

     

摘要

Aiming at the problems in high temperature blasting,such as difficult to handle,low efficient and vari-ous in many cooling ways. This paper classifies and compares the usual fire extinguishing and cooling ways in theory. It selects the best way and put forward the calculation of liquid nitrogen cooling volume. In the last part of this paper, it practices the cooling water into blast hole. Also it solves the problem of source of water and waterflooding. The re-sult shows that:putting out fire in fire area exists many difficulties. Combination of different ways make the result bet-ter. Cost of liquid nitrogen and liquid CO2 is high. Cooling water will be more efficient and economic under usual situ-ation. It can be widely used in 150 ℃ blast hole.%针对目前煤矿火区高温爆破降温方式多、效果差、操作难等问题,从理论上对现今常用的火区灭火降温方法进行分类和比较分析,然后优选了火区降温方式,其中提出了液氮降温用量的计算方法,最后对炮孔进行注水降温实践,并初步解决了水源和注水方式等的问题。结果表明:火区灭火目前存在较多难题,多种灭火方法联合使用,灭火效果更好;液氮、液态二氧化碳降温代价高,一般在排险等情况下运用,而注水降温经济有效,可在150℃炮孔温度下广泛使用。
