吸取近年来国内烟花爆竹集中销毁爆炸事故教训以及成功案例经验,总结目前烟花爆竹集中销毁工作中存在的问题及风险.采用大数据技术联合烟花爆竹成功销毁操作管理流程研发了一套烟花爆竹大数据管控系统.国内企业保利久联集团和下属贵安新联爆破公司按照上述大数据管控系统及技术方案对贵州遵义新蒲新区湘江炮竹厂以及贵安新区所收缴的烟花爆竹全数成功销毁,进一步验证了该大数据管控系统及技术方案的可靠性.%Based on the lesson and successful experience of concentrated destruction of fireworks in domestic in recent years,the existing problems and risks during the destruction were concluded. The big data technology in the combination of successful operation of fireworks and firecrackers management process was used to develop a set of big data management and control system. The domestic enterprises Poly Jiulian Group and its subordinate Gui′an Xinlian Blasting Company successfully destroyed the firecrackers from Zunyi Xinpu Xiangjiang firecracker factory and the confiscated firecrackers from Guian New District by using the above big data management and control system,which further verify the reliability of this big data management system and technical scheme.
