程潮铁矿采场生产成本的爆破参数优化

     

摘要

In actual mine production,Chengchao Iron Mine faces the problems that the average lumpiness is too big,the large rate and production cost are too high.Combining the reality of Chengchao Iron Mine the KUZ-RAM model is equivalently transformed and adjusted by using the coefficient of α and β,the average lumpiness of X,uniformity coefficient of n and large rate calculation formula of Y are suitable for Chengchao Iron Mine,inspecting accuracy base on the actual production.The mathematical model of stope production cost of C related hole spacing of a,row spacing of b,explosives consumption of q is established by using equivalent transformation and the adjusted KUZ-RAM model.The mathematical model of stope production cost of C is optimized analysis by using MATLAB software and the optimal blasting parameters are obtained with the most stope comprehensive production cost,that is hole spacing of a =1 m,row spacing of b =2.4 m,explosives consumption of q =1.52 kg/m3,the optimal stope production cost is 32.5 yuan/t and savings 2.64 yuan/t compared to the original costs,average lumpiness is 41.4 cm,big block ratio is 10.5%,of course,the large rate and average lumpiness are within a reasonable range,the research provide the basis for mine production.%程潮铁矿在生产实际中面临平均块度过大、大块率和生产成本过高的问题,结合程潮铁矿的生产实际对KUZ-RAM模型进行等效变换并引入系数α、β进行修正得出了适用于程潮铁矿的平均块度X、均匀性系数n以及大块率Y的计算公式,在生产实际中检验了正确性,为后期计算提供了依据.利用等效变换和修正后的KUZ-RAM模型建立了与孔间距a、排距b、炸药单耗q有关的采场生产成本C的数学模型,并利用MATLAB计算机软件对采场生产成本C的数学模型进行了优化分析,得出了采场生产成本最小时的最优爆破参数为孔间距a=1 m,排距b=2.4m,炸药单耗q=1.52 kg/m3,最优的采场生产成本为32.5元/t,比原采场生产成本节约2.64元/t,平均块度为41.4 cm,大块率为10.5%,大块率和平均块度在合理范围,为矿山生产提供依据.
