基于3S和移动通信技术的惠州市国土资源动态巡查系统设计与实现

摘要

在论述了建立国土资源动态巡查系统必要性的基础上,提出了建立市一级国土资源动态巡查系统的总体目标,从总体技术架构、功能层次设计到系统关键技术给出了详细的国土资源动态巡查系统的解决方案。通过该系统的实现和应用,证实了利用GIS、GPS、移动通信技术建立国土资源动态巡查系统有极大的实际意义。%The paper discusses the necessity of the establishment of land resources dynamic monitoring system.
