选区激光熔化技术制作钛合金个体化托槽槽沟的精度研究

     

摘要

目的:研究选区激光熔化技术制造个体化托槽槽沟尺寸是否能满足临床需要。方法选取50个选区激光熔化技术制造的个体化托槽,采用扫描电镜放大30倍条件下,对托槽槽沟宽度和深度进行测量,对测量均值进行单样本t检验分析,以检测加工精度是否满足需要。结果托槽槽沟宽度和深度测量值和设计值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论通过选区激光熔化技术制作的个体化托槽槽沟精度能够满足临床应用。%Objective To investigate whether the slots ’ s size of the individual titanium brackets made by selective laser melting ( SLM) technology meets the clinical requirement. Methods Individualized brackets with 0. 64 mm × 0. 46 mm slot were manufactured by selection laser melting technology. Then 50 SLM manufactured individualized brackets were selected and the depth and width of the slot measured using the scanning electron microscope under 30 times amplification. Results The width of the slot was 0. 4855 ± 0. 043 mm. The depth of the slot was 0. 6322 ± 0. 053 mm. There was no statistically significant difference between the measured depth and width of the slot and the designed value. Conclusion The width and depth of the slot of the individual brackets manufactured by selection laser melting technology can meet the clinical requirement.
